Question 1: I see a notification after purchasing from the marketplace that I need to register my version. How can I do this?

Since your purchase was made on the marketplace and is not integrated with our domain system, you will need to contact us for registration. 

Simply provide the following details: module name, edition (CE/EE/Cloud), purchase date, customer email, invoice, and the domain name (http://www.storename.com) where the project will be registered. Once we have this information, we’ll send you a key to register in the License Checker, which will resolve the warning.

Question 2: How is my subscription handled after registration?

If you have an active marketplace subscription, we’ll register you through a separate service account on our website. You won’t need to take any action. Your subscription status will remain active, and you can continue managing it and downloading product updates through the marketplace. The subscription status in your admin panel will show as active until the next payment is due.

 

Question 3: I have an account on the Amasty site, but the version there doesn’t match the marketplace version. Where can I download updates?

Marketplace versions may occasionally be a bit behind the latest release, as they follow their internal processes. Per marketplace policies, you’ll need to download updates directly from the marketplace if your subscription is with them.

However, if you reach out to us directly and create an account, after verifying your marketplace purchases, we’ll be able to provide you with access to the latest versions of our modules through our Composer.

Unfortunately, due to technical limitations on the marketplace side, we’re unable to offer:

– Discounted renewals

– Upgrades to Pro/Premium versions at the difference in price

To perform any of these actions, you'll need to transfer your subscription to our platform.
